This German city is mostly known for Oktoberfest and its massive beers. But today, we’re focusing on the musical talent that exists in the city, especially the talent we found on SoundCloud. Check out Munich, Germany!
Friedlich Chiller is the web 2.0 version of a one-man band and sings in German! He writes and arranges his own songs, which are recorded in his living room, also known as his studio! His music could be classified as alternative rock indie pop but you can hear for yourself!
This girl has style, grace and much more! Abigail Press invests a lot of emotion and time into each one of her songs, and she actually creates music as a hobby! She’s also constantly improving and progressing her style so keep an eye on her SoundCloud page for further updates.
Based in Munich, Germany, Leon Schmid produces some cool beats with Reason 5, Mpd26, a Presonus mic and Korg MicroKey: great tools for some great music. You can hear the nice instrumentals this combination results in below and check out Leon over on SoundCloud at the link as well!
Thomas Kress is a musician and designer from the city of Oktoberfest! He’s into minimalistic beats and simple melodies. He is also a bass player, sound designer, and above all, an electro enthusiast. You can hear a few tracks – and more – from his robot recreational park!
Looking for something a bit different? Check out LeTryp! He works mostly with cornfield recordings and other creative items. Cool, huh? LeTryp is doing his best to redefine sound and you can listen to the great job he’s doing. He categorizes his music as the new genre, genreless!
