Things are hotting up here in Berlin, finally the sun’s made an appearance and the temperature has jumped above 10°C. With this news, we’re all getting a little bit excited about the prospect of summer. Earlier this month the music and tech communities came together for SXSW and this really got us thinking about BBQ. Along with all the hard work that went on in Texas this month came what Texas is most famous for, BBQ, so what’s the first thing to do when you land in Austin…
One of the greatest sounds you hear over the summer is that initial sizzle as you drop your pork chops, your ribs, steaks or corn on to the BBQ grill. Here is that mouthwatering sound from Cooking Copper’s BBQ in Newheaven, UK, last summer:

If you find yourself strolling home through the market in the evening you’ll hear the sounds of the vendors cleaning down their grills, because at the end of any BBQ, there is inevitably going to be mess.

Good luck on your hunt for the best BBQ let the season begin, the earlier, the better!
That’s all for this week’s Found Sounds! Tune in next week for more crazy sounds from the ‘Cloud.
