Tumi Mpye is a singer, songwriter and student, but first things first, she’s mostly a singer! Based out of Johannesburg, South Africa, she likes to sing acapellas and create other cool tracks. She’s down for sharing these tracks as free downloads as well, so head over to her page.

FEARtheFUZZ is Almega Motion’s experimental side. Almega Motion is actually a trio that was formed by three young, motivated and aspiring artists: Aavishkar Jugmohan, Ryan Sedeman and Cameron Last. They’ve been producing for over 5 years now so they’ve managed to develop a cool style. Check ’em out!

Reigndear is a 3 piece experimental psychedelic folk band. They were officially founded in Taiwan, January 2007, by South African brothers Kent Dylan & Wesley Jay along with their longtime friend, Johnny Atterbury. They like to say, “There are no rainy days, only perfect days to reign, dear.”

Edward Snare
Originally from Zimbabwe and a lover of all genres, Edward Snare started his music career in 2005, dabbling in composing hip hop instrumentals and writing lyrics. He’s still evolving, learning and improving on everything he does, so you can hear what he has so far below in the player.

Stuart Fury is a sound designer and producer of royalty free music for commercial use. It’s mostly game music, sounds, and modern cinematic trailer scores, but there’s lots more there too. He produces music solely for listening pleasure, so go on and be pleased by checking out his stuff.

Yee-haw! This week, we’re zooming in on Dallas, USA, to see what kind of SoundClouders we can find there. Hear who we found below, you may be surprised!

Oneofus, also known as Rowby Mcfly, mainly uses his SoundCloud page to display his projects that are still works in progress. Even with that taken into consideration, the sounds on his page are impressive! Hear some of them below and as he says “stay tuned for further transmissions”.

This man from Texas is named Dewey Hocevar and he likes to play around with many instruments and genres. Technically speaking, he’s a composer and creative technologist, and likes to create music for film, ballets, dances and commissions. Hear his work in progress for orchestra, choirs and organ below.

jack catch
This guy’s full of strange, surreal, experimental, abstract noises. He’s created an album based on digital noise assembled from destroyed cut-ups of educational films and public service announcements. He also enjoys good cheeses. His tracks are very avant-garde and interesting to listen to, so check ’em out!

Brady Redding is a Texas country music singer/songwriter/producer/publisher & musician. Whew! That was a mouthful. He has 2 albums so far, one was produced in Texas and the other was produced in Nashville. If you were hoping for some good ol’ country music, here you go!

Woot! Now, let’s listen to some intense industrial electronic music. Lthrboots is a one-man band comprised of Jerry G. Jones. He does the vocals, keyboards and drums all on his own. He recently just released a new album called Domination. Hear some of it below in the black player.

Want more? Here you go!

And of course, if you’re based in Dallas, here’s a group you can contribute to :)

Edén Carrasco
Born in 1982 in Valparaíso, Chile, Edén started saxophone lessons at the age of twelve and in 2008, he obtained a High Performance in Saxophone degree, at the Conservatory of Universidad de Chile. Nice work! He likes to freely improvise and plays in many different bands.

Spanish hip hop producer, Gonzalo Carrasco (aka cronelnegro), is an affectionate and respectful guy. He’s always keeping his listeners in mind when creating his sounds and beats, and hopes to meet each one of them someday with a hug. Check out what his tracks are about!

Seiten Wall is an experimental musician who was born – and is based – in Santiago. He enjoys producing improvised acousmatic and electro acoustic music. He uploads tracks like these regularly to SoundCloud so you can check ’em out the player below or by clicking the link below.

Nhumo is a sociologist and musician. He’s addicted to composing music and wants to share his wonderful addiction with everyone! He’s hyperactive and has been making music since he was 12. His tracks are mostly electronic-based and peaceful. You can hear for yourself in the sea-foam green player.

One Love Conexion
This group is comprised of Deyus, PAXAXO, and TEMPO, who are all residents of the municipality of Puente Alto. Since 2006, this group began to take on different styles of music at a quick rate. They’re continuing to mix their own rhythms and beats, and have created something very cool!

Would you like to hear more? Here you go!

And of course, if you’re based in Santiago and we didn’t get around to highlighting you, please join the group and share your sounds.
